Mr. K Senthilnathan serves as the Chief Customer Success Officer at mjunction, a role he has grown into through progressive career development. Having been with mjunction since its inception, he has been instrumental in setting up its steel and coal businesses and was pivotal in launching its customer loyalty marketing business. His efforts have significantly contributed to expanding mjunction’s service portfolio, enhancing customer engagement, and establishing the company as a leader in the B2B e-commerce domain.

In his current role, Senthilnathan oversees the auction and loyalty marketing SBUs, driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and the achievement of revenue and EBITDA targets.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Senthilnathan is a recognized expert in commodities such as steel, coal, minerals and more. He has been at the forefront of developing digital marketplaces that have transformed mjunction into a benchmark for innovation and efficiency in the commodity trading sector.

An alumnus of NIT Warangal, Senthilnathan brings a rich professional background in e-commerce, manufacturing, and digital transformation. At mjunction, he has excelled in diverse roles, including sales, business operations, and the incubation of new services. Before joining mjunction, he gained extensive experience at Linde India (formerly BOC Gases), where he focused on sales, distribution, and SAP implementation, further honing his expertise in strategic execution and operational efficiency.
