mjunction has featured in the top 19 companies list within the Tata Group for per capita volunteering hours of contribution for social work. With ejunction based primarily on the employee volunteering model, this is a big feather in the cap for mjunction.ejunction, the corporate social responsibility initiative of mjunction, focuses on creating livelihoods by providing employable skills to the socially and financially underprivileged. ejunction has started providing market aligned skill development training programmes like BPO and Retail skills training in FY16. This has led to a growth of 64% in employability opportunities created by ejunction over FY15.

In FY16, ejunction has trained 3,777 young adults in employable skills and 1,609 students have been successfully placed in different industries like BPO, Retail, Banking, Hospitality and Back Office Jobs. ejunction now has 46 captive centres located in Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Ranchi, and other districts in West Bengal and Odisha.

As part of its social responsibility, mjunction also participated in the Tata Volunteering Week initiatives held in September 2015, Where nearly 300 employees contributed 545 volunteering hours participating in 23 volunteering activities.
